Today I’m here to percentage a smoothie drink on your joint and knee pain. This drink incorporates silicon, magnesium, vitamin C and bromelain. All these components provide strength on your frame and make you fresh.
How To Prepare Smoothie
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup instantaneous oatmeal
- 1 cup of orange juice
- 40 gram crushed almonds
- 2 cups of pineapple chunks
- 40 gram raw honey
- 7 gram of cinnamon
- Cook the oatmeal
- Put oatmeal in blender and bled it well
- Then squeeze juice from pineapple in blender
- Also upload water, crushed almonds, raw honey and orange juice
- Then blend the whole lot nicely in blender to make a drink
